I started training with Heather in December of 2014. I only met with her once a month, but she was great about checking in with me throughout the week, and kept me well on track.
I travel a lot for work, so it’s been hard to make fitness a priority, but in a few short months Heather was able to get me to drop weight, gain lean muscle mass, and strengthened my body as a whole. She personalized workouts for me using the the equipment I already owned, which was great, since I don’t always have access to a gym.
Training with Heather has been great, and I look forward to training with her more in the future.
I definitely recommend working with her if you want to get on track to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
