Below are just a few frequently asked questions (FAQs) about Where’s the Beach Fitness online and in-person personal training. Please don’t hesitate to email with any additional questions!

1. Do I have to be local?

Nope. Where’s the Beach Fitness offers online training plans allowing you to reap the benefits of a personal trainer from anywhere in the world. And even if you are local, you can still choose an online only plan.

2. Do I have to have a gym membership?

Not necessarily. If you have some basic equipment at home, then there’s no need to join a gym. And local clients have the option of working out with me at my home, in a park, or in their home*.

3. How do I pay?

Where’s the Beach Fitness uses PayPal for invoicing.

4. How will I receive my workouts?

I will email you your workouts each month as well as links to videos demonstrating the exercises.

5. Do I have to be a runner?

Nope. Any cardio you do should be something you enjoy. If you don’t enjoy running, I’ll never ask you to run. BUT if you want to run, I’ve got your covered!

6. Does Where’s the Beach Fitness offer rewards for referrals? 

Yes. If you refer someone who signs a contract a for 3- or 6-month plan, you will receive 2 additional weeks of workouts or you have the option of 1 additional in-person training session.
