Runners Have Unique Training Needs

As a runner, I firmly believe in resistance training and proper nutrition as a way to compliment your running goals. I also understand the difficulty in fitting in resistance training into an intense race training plan. This means I understand the very unique needs of runners.

I also know that you can get free running plans from a variety of sources. So why pay? Because you get personalized plans that meet YOUR needs and your goals. Also, a personalized plan with resistance training helps prevent common running injuries. Most free plans only address running.

Where’s the Beach Fitness offers running plans that are customized to help you achieve your race goals and also your overall fitness goals. You can choose from basic beginner 5K race plans all the way to half marathon plans that include a weight rotation and nutrition plan.

Basic and Basic Plus Plans

Basic Plan Package

The Basic Plan is designed for beginning runners. With a basic race plan, you can choose a race plan for 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon distance. You receive a training plan that helps ensure you finish your race strong and proud.

Basic Plus Plan Package

If you are a slightly more seasoned runner with specific goal times for your race, there’s a plan for you too – Basic Plus. You get a race plan that is more customized to meet your goal pace needs.

Fully Customized Plans

Fully Customized Plans are meant to be for those looking to not only meet race goals, but to improve overall fitness and prevent injuries through strength training and proper nutrition. This option includes race plans with built in resistance training and nutrition breakdown.
