Personalized Online Only

The Online Plus Plan is an ideal fitness training plan option for those who are looking for a little more personalized, one-on-one training, but aren’t able to do in-person sessions.

The Online Plus Plan also offers the added bonus of customized workout plans for both resistance training and cardio as well as nutrition goals. This plan is customized to fit your individual needs and takes into consideration your access to equipment, your work and family life, even a demanding travel schedule.

Personalized with In-Person Training

The Online with In-Person Training Plan is suited for those who are local to the Little Rock area. This plan lets you choose how often you want to train in together. Training takes place at my home, your home (gas fees may apply), or in an outdoor setting when the weather permits.
