Looking for a challenge to keep you motivated through the holiday season? What about also having the chance to win a free month of online personal training* or have the chance of enjoying a 15% off discount? Then join me in this 12 Fit Days of Christmas Holiday Challenge!

The Rules:

  • Each participant must fill out a registration form so that I have your email to send you your daily workout. Registration also means that you agree to the waiver of liability.
  • Challenge begins on December 14 and runs each day through the 25th.
  • Each day I will share the “gift” in the form of a video via email. I will also post both here and on Facebook.
  • You must complete the exercise plus the previous days’ and leave a comment letting me know you did so. This is important, you must comment each day.
  • If you successfully complete each day (and comment) then you will be entered into a drawing to win one free month of online basic training*.
  • Miss a day? If you filled out a waiver form and completed at least 7 days of the challenge then you can received 15% off any 3- or 6-month training plan!

*Online basic training will include: 1 month of both weights and cardio workouts. Weight workouts will be full-body circuits. Cardio will be HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. Plan will include one weekly email check-in.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my fitness trainer gave to me:

    Completed the 2 tuck jumps and 8 darned burbees at 6am this morning!

    Did a few extra since I was up!

    1. Great job Malinda!! The workouts will keep adding up. Would love to hear the calorie burn for just the Challenge.

  2. Day 7 done! FYI Day 4 is missing from this list.

    One thing that would be nice would be to have all the exercises as one video vs. separate (maybe there is a way I can combine them)
    I am enjoying the workout though!
