New Month. New Challenge.
Are you ready for another Move It Challenge? This month I am going to up the ante and give you an incentive for sticking with the challenge!
What’s the incentive you ask? A free month of online personal training*. And, just for registering to do the challenge, you’ll get a 15% off discount off any plan.
The Rules:
- Each participant must fill out a registration form. Registration also means that you agree to the waiver of liability.
- Challenge will run from June 2 – June 29 with 2 rest days each week.
- Each day you will need to check in on Facebook (aka leaving a comment that you did the challenge for the day). This is important, you must comment each day.
- If you successfully complete each day (and comment) then you will be entered into a drawing to win one free month of online basic training*.
- Miss a day? If you filled out a waiver form and completed at least 7 days of the challenge then you can received 15% off any training plan.
*Online basic training will include: 1 month of both weights and cardio workouts. Weight workouts will be full-body circuits. Cardio will be HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. Plan will include one weekly email check-in.
